Here is a site which has been put up about the temple. This is not a commercial site, but put up by a bhakta who resides barely 100-200 metres away from the temple.

BTW ,begging your pardon , the line in your post यज माँ काली ॥ has the first two letters in reverse order
जय माँ काली ॥ will be the right for jay ma kali ! Cool !
